Faith is a lovely, professional reseller who responds quickly and treats customers kindly. My refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max has been amazing in terms of camera quality, battery life and overall speed and smoothness. However, I’ve noticed faint, wet-looking marks on the back glass, possibly from a replacement, an unusually positioned SIM tray, and intermittent screen flickering that started around 2AM today. While I understand that refurbished phones may have undergone repairs or modifications, these issues have left me with some concerns about the phone’s long-term reliability. I appreciate Faith’s excellent customer service and hope the latest issue can be resolved or addressed. 😊
